The City of Douglass Hills' ordinance (see attached) requires that before action can be taken on a barking dog compliant, that the City obtains a statement from two separate residences, identifying the specific location of the bark and that such barking is of such a character, intensity as to disturb the peace, quiet and good order of one or more of the inhabitance of two of more separate residences.
